Refunds:

• To be eligible for a return, you must contact us at least 30 days prior to the tour date.
• Once we receive your request, we will inspect it and notify you that we have initiated your refund to your original method of payment.
• You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Exchanges (if applicable):

• If you need to exchange your tour package for another one listed on our website, send us an email at info@visitalb.com at least 30 days prior.

Non-Refundable Orders:

• Order cancelations less than 30 days close to the tour date are non-refundable.
